Please be aware that all sales are final. We operate a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy on all purchases, unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or fundamentally different from the product description.

Before completing your purchase, we strongly encourage you to:

1. What This Policy Covers

*   Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you simply change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

*   Buyer’s Remorse: Returns based on disappointment or a perceived flaw that is not a manufacturing defect are not accepted.

*   Minor Imperfections: For handmade, vintage, or unique items, minor variations and imperfections are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

*   Digital Products: Digital products do not qualify for a refund.

2. Exceptions: When We Will Accept a Return

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept a return and offer a refund or replacement in the following specific situations:

*   Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping.

*   Incorrect Item Received: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered.

To be eligible under these exceptions, you must:

2.  Provide your order number and detailed photos or a short video clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

3.  Not have used, washed, or altered the item in any way.

We will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed. We reserve the right to request the item be shipped back to us (at our expense) for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.

3. Shipping & Handling Charges

All original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

This No Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. This means we fully comply with all applicable consumer protection laws that cover you against faulty goods, misrepresentation, or items not as described.
